Hi.
My name is Michael Lawrence and thanks for stopping by. I was born and raised in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. I have lived and traveled all across Canada and have settled in Ottawa, Canada and have made it my home.
Photography and graphic design has been a major passion of my mine for as long as I can remember. My work includes weddings, portraits, landscapes, scenic destinations, industrial, historical buildings & structures. As you can see from some of my work my interests vary greatly.
I have had the privilege of photographing David Jacobson, the US Ambassador to Canada. I've had the honour of having my work hung in the Senate of Canada. I've done alot of work for the Ottawa Public School Board. Some of my work has been published in local magazines and I have a mural on display in Cancun, Mexico. I've done work for some local spas in the Ottawa area & my work is also on display in private homes in and around Ottawa and Cape Breton.
Although photography is my first passion I am also involved in photo manipulation and graphic design. Over the last ten years I have worked extensively to try and perfect this art and this continues to be a very strong interest of mine.
